In the light of the measures taken by the Polish authorities to abolish the unlimited State guarantee in favour of Poczta Polska by 30 June 2008 at the latest, the Commission has closed the existing aid proceedings according to Article 19 of the Council Regulation (EC) No 659/1999 of 22 March 1999 laying down detailed rules for the application of Article 93 of the EC Treaty (the Procedural Regulation) |
