Notice of the expiry of certain anti-dumping and countervailing measures

Further to the publication of a notice of impending expiry (1), following which no request for a review was received, the Commission gives notice that the anti-dumping and countervailing measures mentioned below will shortly expire.
This notice is published in accordance with Article 11(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 384/96 of 22 December 1995 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community (2) and with Article 18(4) of Council Regulation (EC) No 2026/97 of 6 October 1997 on protection against subsidized imports from countries not members of the European Community (3).
The partial interim review which was initiated pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No 2026/97 in order to examine the existence and the level of certain subsidies is terminated accordingly (4).
