1. The majority of the Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that the commitments submitted by the parties on 10 April 2002 are sufficient to remove the competition concerns. A minority does not agree. Another minority abstains.

2. The majority of the Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that the notified operation should be declared compatible with the common market and the functioning of the EEA Agreement. A minority does not agree. Another minority abstains.

3. The Advisory Committee recommends the publication of its opinion in the Official Journal of the European Union.

4. The Advisory Committee asks the Commission to take account of all points raised during the discussion.
