In accordance with Articles 4 and 6(1) of Commission Decision 93/619/EC of November 1993(1), relating to the institution of a Scientific, Technical and Economic Committee for Fisheries, the Commission decided on ... 2004 to appoint as members of the Scientific, Technical and Economic Committee for Fisheries, and from the date of 1 November 2003, the following persons whose term of office shall expire two years after the date of their nomination:
