Objective: Financing of R& D projects concerning energy, pollution, waste management and sound prevention

Legal basis: Délibération du Conseil d'administration n° 02-7-9 du 12 décembre 2002 intitulée "systèmes d'aides à la recherche et au développement"

Budget: Between EUR 50 million to EUR 60 million a year

Aid intensity or amount: - 100 % for R& D projects by non-profit public research institutes,

- 50 % for industrial research projects and 25 % for pre-competitive development activities

Bonuses for SMEs (10 percentage points), projects in assisted regions (10 percentage points in (a) regions and 5 percentage points in (b) regions) and projects involving cross-border collaboration

Duration: Until 31 December 2005
