Commission notification on the issuing of licences to railway undertakings

Under Article 11(8) of Council Directive 95/18/EC of 19 June 1995 on the licensing of railway undertakings the Commission is obliged to inform the Member States of the situation regarding licences. The main aspects of the licence issued by the office mentioned under point 2 are set out below.

Observations regarding suspensions, revocations or amendments Licence No 16 of 27 July 2001, previously issued to SATTI SpA for the performance of rail transport activities and for the types of service specified in Presidential Decree No 146 of 16 March 1999, in accordance with the rules and conditions stipulated in the said Decree, is transferred to Gruppo Torinese Trasporti SpA - GTT SpA (VAT number 08555280018, Economic and Administrative Notices Register number 982581), registered office at Corso F. Turati 19/6, CAP 10128, Turin, Italy, which replaces SATTI SpA in all relevant active and passive legal relations.
