Commission notification on the issuing of licences to railway undertakings

Under Article 11(8) of Council Directive 95/18/EC of 19 June 1995 on the licensing of railway undertakings the Commission is obliged to inform the Member States of the situation regarding licences. The main aspects of the licence issued by the office mentioned in point 2 are set out below.
