of 25 November 2002

appointing Italian members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Freedom of Movement for Workers

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1612/68 of 15 October 1968 on freedom of movement for workers within the Community(1), and in particular Articles 26 and 27 thereof,

Having regard to the lists of candidates submitted by the Italian Government,

Whereas:

(1) The Council, by its Decision of 7 May 2002(2), appointed the members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Freedom of Movement for Workers for the period from 7 May 2002 to 6 May 2004, with the exception of the representatives of Italian workers' and employers' organisations.

(2) The Italian members and alternate members of the said Committee should be appointed for the remainder of the current term of office, namely until 6 May 2004,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The following are hereby appointed members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Freedom of Movement for Workers for the period from 25 November 2002 to 6 May 2004:

Article 2

This Decision shall be published, for information, in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
