appointing Italian members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Social Security for Migrant Workers

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 of 14 June 1971 on the application of social security schemes to employed persons, self-employed persons and members of their families moving within the Community(1), and in particular Article 82 thereof,

Having regard to the list of candidates submitted to the Council by the Italian Government,

Whereas:

(1) By its Decision of 23 September 2002(2) the Council appointed the members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Social Security for Migrant Workers for the period 23 September 2002 to 22 September 2004, with the exception of the representatives of the Italian trade union and employers' organisations.

(2) Members and alternate members of that Committee must be appointed for the remainder of their term of office, i.e. until 22 September 2004,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The following are hereby appointed members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Social Security for Migrant Workers for the period 25 November 2002 to 22 September 2004:
