Postponement of the entry into force of public service obligations on scheduled air services within Greece

Greece has decided to postpone the entry into force of public service obligations concerning scheduled air services on certain internal routes in Greece, published in Official Journal of the European Communities C 239 of 25 August 2001, in accordance with Article 4(1)(a) of Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92 of 23 July 1992 on access for Community air carriers to intra-Community air routes(1).

The entry into force of these public service obligations, which are the subject of the call for tenders published in Official Journal of the European Communities C 258 and S 178 of 15 September 2001 is now scheduled for 28 December 2001.
