COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2022/2403

of 16 August 2022

correcting certain language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1151/2014 supplementing Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on the information to be notified when exercising the right of establishment and the freedom to provide services

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on access to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms, amending Directive 2002/87/EC and repealing Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC (1), and in particular Article 35(5), Article 36(5) and Article 39(4) thereof,

Whereas:

The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian and Swedish language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1151/2014 (2) contain an error in Article 3(2), point (b)(iii), the third indent as regards the particular information that operators need to notify under the concerned provision.

(2)

The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1151/2014 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

(Does not concern the English language.)

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
