    Πληροφορίες της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, οι οποίες δημοσιεύονται σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 22 παράγραφος 2 του κανονισμού (ΕΚ) αριθ. 1005/2008 του Συμβουλίου, σχετικά με τις κοινοποιήσεις του κράτους σημαίας (κατάλογος κρατών και των οικείων αρμόδιων αρχών), σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 20 παράγραφοι 1, 2 και 3 και το παράρτημα ΙΙΙ του κανονισμού (ΕΚ) αριθ. 1005/2008

    Σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 20 παράγραφοι 1, 2 και 3 και με το παράρτημα ΙΙΙ του κανονισμού (ΕΚ) αριθ. 1005/2008 του Συμβουλίου (1) οι ακόλουθες τρίτες χώρες έχουν κοινοποιήσει στην Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή τις δημόσιες αρχές οι οποίες, σε σχέση με το καθεστώς πιστοποίησης αλιευμάτων που θεσπίζεται με το άρθρο 12 του κανονισμού, έχουν εξουσιοδοτηθεί:

    α)

    να εγγράφουν αλιευτικά σκάφη στα νηολόγια τους·

    β)

    να χορηγούν, να αναστέλλουν και να αφαιρούν άδειες αλιείας στα σκάφη τους·

    γ)

    να πιστοποιούν το αληθές των πληροφοριών που περιέχονται στα πιστοποιητικά αλιευμάτων που αναφέρονται στο άρθρο 12 και να επικυρώνουν τα εν λόγω πιστοποιητικά·

    δ)

    να εφαρμόζουν, να ελέγχουν και να επιβάλλουν τη νομοθεσία, τους κανονισμούς και τα μέτρα διατήρησης και διαχείρισης τα οποία πρέπει να εφαρμόζουν τα σκάφη τους·

    ε)

    να πραγματοποιούν επαληθεύσεις των εν λόγω πιστοποιητικών αλιευμάτων, να συνδράμουν τις αρμόδιες αρχές των κρατών μελών μέσω της διοικητικής συνεργασίας που αναφέρεται στο άρθρο 20 παράγραφος 4·

    στ)

    να κοινοποιούν υποδείγματα εντύπων των πιστοποιητικών αλιευμάτων σύμφωνα με το υπόδειγμα του παραρτήματος ΙΙ, και

    ζ)

    να επικαιροποιούν τις εν λόγω κοινοποιήσεις.
