Die Veröffentlichung der Liste der Grenzübergangsstellen gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 8 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 562/2006 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 15. März 2006 über einen Gemeinschaftskodex für das Überschreiten der Grenzen durch Personen (Schengener Grenzkodex) erfolgt auf der Grundlage der Angaben, die die Mitgliedstaaten der Kommission gemäß Artikel 34 des Schengener Grenzkodexes mitteilen.
Die Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt wird durch regelmäßige Aktualisierungen auf der entsprechenden Webseite der Generaldirektion Inneres ergänzt.
