***** ENTSCHEIDUNG DER KOMMISSION vom 18. Oktober 1985 zur Änderung der Entscheidung 83/384/EWG in bezug auf die Liste der Betriebe in Australien, aus denen die Einfuhr von frischem Fleisch in die Gemeinschaft zugelassen ist (85/483/EWG) DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN - gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft, gestützt auf die Richtlinie 72/462/EWG des Rates vom 12. Dezember 1972 zur Regelung viehseuchenrechtlicher und gesundheitlicher Fragen bei der Einfuhr von Rindern und Schweinen und von frischem Fleisch aus Drittländern (1), zuletzt geändert durch die Richtlinie 83/91/EWG (2), insbesondere auf Artikel 4 Absatz 1 und Artikel 18 Absatz 1, gestützt auf die Richtlinie 77/96/EWG des Rates vom 21. Dezember 1976 über die Untersuchung von frischem Schweinefleisch auf Trichinen bei der Einfuhr aus Drittländern (3), zuletzt geändert durch die Richtlinie 84/319/EWG (4), insbesondere auf Artikel 4, in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe: Die Liste der Betriebe in Australien, aus denen die Einfuhr von frischem Fleisch in die Gemeinschaft zugelassen ist, wurde zunächst mit der Entscheidung 83/384/EWG der Kommission (5), zuletzt geändert durch die Entscheidung 85/402/EWG (6), erstellt. Eine Routinebesichtigung aufgrund von Artikel 5 der Richtlinie 72/462/EWG und Artikel 3 Absatz 1 der Entscheidung 83/196/EWG der Kommission vom 8. April 1983 zur Durchführung tierärztlicher Kontrollen an Ort und Stelle im Rahmen der Regelung zur Einfuhr von Rindern und Schweinen und von frischem Fleisch aus Drittländern (7) hat ergeben, daß sich der hygienische Zustand eines Betriebes gegenüber der vorhergehenden Besichtigung geändert hat. Die Liste der Betriebe ist folglich entsprechend zu ändern. Die in dieser Entscheidung vorgesehenen Maßnahmen entsprechen der Stellungnahme des Ständigen Veterinärausschusses - HAT FOLGENDE ENTSCHEIDUNG ERLASSEN: Artikel 1 Der Anhang zur Entscheidung 83/384/EWG erhält die Fassung des Anhangs dieser Entscheidung.
