    Die Veröffentlichung der Liste von Aufenthaltstiteln gemäß Artikel 2 Nummer 16 der Verordnung (EU) 2016/399 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 9. März 2016 über einen Unionskodex für das Überschreiten der Grenzen durch Personen (Schengener Grenzkodex) (2) erfolgt auf der Grundlage der Angaben, die die Mitgliedstaaten der Kommission gemäß Artikel 39 des Schengener Grenzkodexes mitteilen.

    Neben der Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt steht eine regelmäßig aktualisierte Fassung auf der Website der Generaldirektion „Migration und Inneres“ zur Verfügung.
