gestützt auf den Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union,
gestützt auf die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 36/2012 des Rates vom 18. Januar 2012 über restriktive Maßnahmen angesichts der Lage in Syrien und zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 442/2011 (1), insbesondere auf Artikel 32,
auf Vorschlag des Hohen Vertreters der Union für Außen- und Sicherheitspolitik,
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:

Am 18. Januar 2012 hat der Rat die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 36/2012 über restriktive Maßnahmen angesichts der Lage in Syrien angenommen.
(2)
Nach einer Überprüfung dieser Maßnahmen sollten die Einträge zu fünf verstorbenen Personen sowie der Eintrag für eine weitere Person von der Liste der natürlichen oder juristischen Personen, Organisationen oder Einrichtungen in Anhang II der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 36/2012 gestrichen werden. Ferner sollten die Einträge zu 96 natürlichen Personen und einer Organisation in dieser Liste auf den neuesten Stand gebracht und geändert werden.

Die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 36/2012 sollte daher entsprechend geändert werden —
