om aendring af beslutning 83/402/EOEF for saa vidt angaar listen over virksomheder i New Zealand, der er godkendt til indfoersel af fersk koed til Faellesskabet

KOMMISSIONEN FOR DE EUROPAEISKE

FAELLESSKABER HAR -

under henvisning til traktaten om oprettelse af Det europaeiske oekonomiske Faellesskab,

under henvisning til Raadets direktiv 72/462/EOEF af 12. december 1972 om sundhedsmaessige og veterinaerpolitimaessige problemer i forbindelse med indfoersel af kvaeg og svin samt fersk koed fra tredjelande (1), senest aendret ved direktiv 83/91/EOEF (2), saerlig artikel 4, stk. 1, og artikel 18, stk. 1, og

ud fra foelgende betragtninger:

Listen over virksomheder i New Zealand, der er godkendt til indfoersel af fersk koed til faellesskabet, blev oprindelig opstillet ved Kommissionens beslutning 83/402/EOEF (3), senest aendret ved beslutning 85/223/EOEF (4);

en rutinemaessig kontrol paa stedet, gennemfoert i medfoer af artikel 5 i direktiv 72/462/EOEF og artikel 3, stk. 1, i Kommissionens beslutning 83/196/EOEF af 8. april 1983 om veterinaerkontrol paa stedet i forbindelse med indfoersel af kvaeg og svin samt fersk koed fra tredjelande (5) har vist, at hygiejneniveauet paa visse virksomheder har aendret sig i forhold til den senest foretagne kontrol;

det er derfor noedvendigt at aendre listen over virksomhederne;

de i denne beslutning fastsatte foranstaltninger er i overensstemmelse med udtalelse fra Den staaende Veterinaerkomité -

VEDTAGET FOELGENDE BESLUTNING:

Artikel 1

Bilaget til beslutning 83/402/EOEF affattes som angivet i bilaget til naervaerende beslutning.

Artikel 2

Denne beslutning er rettet til medlemsstaterne.

Udfaerdiget i Bruxelles, den 19. juli 1985.
