    Commission notice on the issuing of licences to railway undertakings

    Pursuant to Article 11(8) of Council Directive 95/18/EC of 19 June 1995 on the licensing of railway undertakings, the Commission is obliged to inform the Member States of the situation regarding licences issued. The main aspects of the licence issued by the office indicated in point 2 are set out below.

    1. Name and address of the railway undertaking: English Welsh & Scottish Railway International Limited 310 Goswell Road London EC1V 7LL United Kingdom.
