Travel facilities for school pupils from Non-EU Member Countries
1) OBJECTIVE
To lay down the conditions under which school pupils from Non-EU Member Countries resident in a Member State may enter and temporarily reside on the territory of other Member States.
2) UNION MEASURES
Council Decision 94/795/JHA of 30 November 1994 on a joint action adopted by the Council on the basis of Article K.3(2)(b) of the Treaty on European Union concerning travel facilities for school pupils from Non-EU Member Countries resident in a Member State.

3) CONTENTS
No Member State can require a visa of a school pupil from a Non-EU Member Country:
However, Member States may refuse entry of school pupils who do not fulfil the relevant immigration conditions:
Member States must take back without formalities school pupils admitted to the territory of another Member State on the basis of this joint action.
Possibility, in exceptional cases, of deviating from the provisions of the joint action.
