- The present initiative aims to adapt certain rules of the UCC Implementing Act to (i) take account of the developments stemming from the Proof of Union Status project digitalising the proofs for the customs status of Union goods; (ii) to clarify certain aspects of the Union transit procedures and (iii) to update the designation of the country “Türkiye” in the Regulation.
