- Initiative summary:
- The initiative aims to adapt certain rules of the UCC Delegated Act to (i) update the reference to “Türkiye”; (ii) clarify specific situations where Union goods may move, without being subject to a customs procedure, within the EU customs territory and temporarily out of that territory without alteration of their customs status; and (iii) simplify customs formalities for electronic cargo sensor devices.
