- Initiative summary:
- The Regulation will be amended in order to provide meaningful information to the entities entitled to receive Registry data. A new entity will be added to the list of institutions that can received Registry information. Some changes are necessary to implement security measures established in the security plan of 2019. The amendment will introduce more guidance to the account holders in order to correctly report on bilateral transactions.
