Declares that, by failing to take all the measures necessary to ensure compliance with Articles 4, 8 and 9 of Council Directive 75/442/EEC of 15 July 1975 on waste, as amended by Council Directive 91/156/EEC of 18 March 1991, the Hellenic Republic has failed to fulfil its obligations under that directive; |

Orders the Hellenic Republic to pay the costs. |
