The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that in this decision it is not necessary to define the relevant market. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the legal assessment made by the Commission, notably with the legal qualification of the facts as agreements and/or concerted practices and/or decisions within the meaning of Article 81(1) of the EC Treaty. |
3. |
The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission's view that the infringements subject to this proceeding must be considered as three separate, single and continuous, infringements. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that the agreements and/or concerted practices and/or decisions have as object a restriction of competition. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that a fine should be imposed on the addressees of the draft decision. |
