The Advisory Committee, in view of the reasoning of the fines as submitted to it by the Commission at the meeting, agrees with the method of calculation of the fines used by the Commission in its draft decision as to the gravity of the infringement. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the level of the fines as proposed by the Commission. |
3. |
The Advisory Committee recommends the publication of its opinion of 11 and 24 May 2004 in the Official Journal. |
4. |
The Advisory Committee asks the Commission to take into account all the other points raised during the discussion. |
