Communication concerning the names of the bodies authorised to issue certificates of authenticity for certain kinds of tobacco originating in Indonesia, the Philippines and Switzerland and for certain wines originating in Hungary, pursuant to Annex 9 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1832/2002 of 1 August 2002 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff

Annex 9 to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1832/2002 of 1 August 2002 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff provides for the publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, C series, of the modifications to be made during the year to the list of bodies authorised to issue certificates of authenticity for the products listed in the said Annex.

The names of the following bodies have been communicated to the Commission. They will be authorised to issue certificates of authenticity for the following products as of the date of publication of this Official Journal.

The following bodies replace those listed in Annex 9 to Regulation (EC) No 1832/2002.
