Annulment of Commission Decision C (2003) 1652 final of 27 May 2003 declaring the measures which the United Kingdom authorities propose to adopt for Post Office Ltd to be compatible with the common market (State aid N 784/2002).

Operative part

The Court:

 

Dismisses the action as inadmissible;

 

Orders each party to bear its own costs.

 

Orders the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to bear the costs of its intervention.
