    Orders SGL Carbon SE, Química del Nalón SA, Deza a.s. and Bilbaína de Alquitranes SA to bear their own costs and to pay those incurred by the European Commission;

    Orders the Kingdom of Spain and the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) to bear their own costs.
