By his action under Article 268 TFEU, the applicant seeks compensation for harm he claims to have suffered on account of the Commission’s failure to examine the complaints filed in Cases SA.46963 and SA.52275 concerning alleged State aid granted by the French authorities.

Operative part of the order

The action is dismissed as manifestly lacking any foundation in law.

2.

YU shall pay the costs, including those relating to the proceedings for interim relief in Case T-217/24 R.
