    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Annuls the judgment of the General Court of the European Union of 4 May 2022, OC v Commission (T-384/20, EU:T:2022:273), in so far as, by that judgment, the General Court rejected the form of order of the action seeking an order that the European Commission pay compensation for the damage resulting from the infringement by the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) of its obligations under Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 and Decision No 1247/2002/EC, of the principle of the presumption of innocence and of the right to good administration;

    2.

    Dismisses the appeal as to the remainder;

    3.

    Refers Case T-384/20 back to the General Court of the European Union;

    4.

    Reserves the costs.
