The appropriate measures, proposed by the Authority and accepted by the EFTA States are as follows: to amend, where necessary such schemes in order to bring them into line with Chapter 14 within 12 months after its adoption with the following exceptions: (i) EFTA States have 24 months to introduce amendments regarding the provisions covered in point 3.1.1 of Chapter 14; (ii) the new threshold for large individual projects will apply as from the entry into force of Chapter 14; (iii) the duty to provide more detailed annual reports pursuant to point 9.1.1 and the duty to submit information sheets pursuant to point 9.1.3 will apply to existing aid schemes six months after the entry into force of Chapter 14. |
