NOTE TO THE READER

This publication contains the consolidated version of the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, together with the annexes and protocols thereto, incorporating the amendments made by the Treaty of Lisbon, signed on 13 December 2007 and which entered into force on 1 December 2009.

In addition, this publication contains an amendment effected by the Protocol amending the Protocol on Transitional Provisions annexed to the Treaty on European Union, to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and to the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, as well as an amendment effected by Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 741/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 August 2012 amending the Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union and Annex I thereto. Moreover, this publication contains the amendments effected by the Act of Accession of Croatia. Finally, this publication also contains amendments effected by Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2015/2422 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2015 amending the Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
