Tagállamok és azok illetékes hatóságainak listája a 15. cikk (2), 17. cikk (8) és 21. cikk (3) bekezdésekre vonatkozóan a lobogó szerinti államok értesítéseit illetően

E lista kiadása a Tanács 1005/2008/EK (2008. szeptember 29.) rendeletének 22. cikk (2) bekezdésével összhangban van (1). A rendelet következő cikkei értelmében az illetékes hatóságokat értesítették.

a)

Cikk 15(1): A tagállami lobogó alatt közlekedő hajók által fogott halászzsákmány kiviteléhez a lobogó szerinti tagállam illetékes hatóságainak – amennyiben az a 20. cikk (4) bekezdésében meghatározott együttműködés keretében szükséges – a 12. cikk (4) bekezdésében megállapítottak szerint hitelesíteniük kell a fogási tanúsítványt.

Cikk 15(2): A lobogó szerinti tagállamok értesítik a Bizottságot a fogási tanúsítványok (1) bekezdésben említett hitelesítésére jogosult hatóságaikról.

b)

Cikk 17(8): A tagállamok értesítik a Bizottságot a fogási tanúsítványoknak a 16. cikk és e cikk (1)–(6) bekezdései szerinti vizsgálatára és ellenőrzésére hatáskörrel rendelkező hatóságaikról.

c)

Cikk 21(3): A tagállamok értesítik a Bizottságot a fogási tanúsítványok „újrakivitel” szakaszának hitelesítésére és ellenőrzésére jogosult illetékes hatóságaikról a 15. cikkben megállapított eljárással összhangban.
