The European Commission informs that, in accordance with Article 10 of Directive 94/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 1994 on the conditions for granting and using authorisations for the prospection, exploration and production of hydrocarbons, the Hellenic Republic notified that the competent authority is the Directorate of Petroleum Policy of the Directorate-General for Energy of the Secretariat-General for Environment and Climate Change of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change, Mesogion 119, 101 92 Athens, Greece. |
