COUNCIL DECISION
of 15 October 2007
appointing the Italian members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, and in particular Article 202 thereof,
Having regard to Council Decision of 22 July 2003 on the setting up of an Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work (1), and in particular Article 3 thereof,
Having regard to the list of candidates submitted to the Council by the Governments of the Member States,
Whereas:

In its Decision of 27 February 2007 (2), the Council appointed the members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work for the period from 1 March 2007 until 28 February 2010, except for the Italian members and alternate members. |

The Italian Government has proposed candidates for the vacant seats, |
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
