APPLICATION for annulment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/39 of 13 January 2015 entering a name in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications (Focaccia di Recco col formaggio (PGI)) (OJ 2015 L 8, p. 7).

Operative part

1. 

The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

2. 

There is no need to adjudicate on the applications for leave to intervene made by the Italian Republic and the Consorzio della Focaccia di Recco col formaggio.

3. 

Proforec Srl is ordered to bear its own costs and pay those incurred by the European Commission other than those relating to the applications for leave to intervene.

4. 

Proforec, the Commission, the Italian Republic and the Consorzio della Focaccia di Recco col formaggio are ordered each to bear their own costs relating to the applications for leave to intervene.
