Ausgleichsregelung „Ausgleichsfonds Große Beutegreifer“. Förderbescheid des Bayerischen Naturschutzfonds an die Trägergemeinschaft des Ausgleichsfonds Große Beutegreifer. Ausgeglichen werden ausschließlich Schäden, die von Wolf, Luchs oder Bär (= Große Beutegreifer) verursacht wurden. Der Förderbescheid des Bayerischen Naturschutzfonds ergeht auf der Grundlage der Förderrichtlinien vom 1. Juli 1999. Die Förderrichtlinien basieren auf § 8 Abs. 1 S. 1 der Satzung des Bayerischen Naturschutzfonds. Bei der Auszahlung und Abwicklung sind Art. 23 und 44 der Bayerischen Haushaltsordnung (BayHO) sowie Art. 49a Bayerisches Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz (BayVwVfG) inklusive der hierzu ergangenen Verwaltungsvorschriften in der jeweils geltenden Fassung zu beachten. |
