On page 39, in Annex II concerning the amendment to be made to Part B of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011, in the seventh column headed ‘Specific provisions’, in the fifth paragraph:

for:

‘by 31 December 2014 ’,

read:

‘within 6 months after the adoption of pertinent guidance on the assessment of isomers’.
