    Corrigendum to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 of 8 April 2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy

    On page 18, Article 57(4):

    for:

    ‘Member States that collect systematically on at least a monthly basis for each of their fishing vessels not subject to fishing logbook and landing requirements data:

    (a)

    on all landings of catches of all species in kilogram, including zero landings;

    (b)

    on the statistical rectangles where these catches where taken shall be considered to have met the requirement of a sampling plan as referred to in Article 56 of this Regulation.’,

    read:

    ‘Member States shall be considered to have met the requirement of a sampling plan as referred to in Article 56 of this Regulation if they collect systematically on at least a monthly basis for each of their fishing vessels not subject to fishing logbook and landing declaration requirements data:

    (a)

    on all landings of catches of all species in kilogram, including zero landings;

    (b)

    on the statistical rectangles where these catches were taken.’;
