DURCHFÜHRUNGSVERORDNUNG (EU) Nr. 1116/2011 DER KOMMISSION
vom 31. Oktober 2011
zur Änderung der Verordnung des Rates (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten
DIE EUROPÄISCHE KOMMISSION —
gestützt auf den Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union,
gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 des Rates vom 20. Dezember 2002 zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten (1), insbesondere auf Artikel 20,
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:

Auf der Plenarsitzung im November 2010 in Jerusalem haben die Teilnehmer am Kimberley-Prozess per Plenarbeschluss die Aufnahme von Swasiland in die Liste der Teilnehmer vorläufig gebilligt, wobei dieser Beschluss vom Vorsitz des Kimberley-Prozess nach Klärung bestimmter noch offener Fragen bestätigt werden musste. |

(2) |
In einer Mitteilung vom 30. Mai 2011 bestätigte der Vorsitz des Kimberley-Prozesses die Aufnahme von Swasiland als Teilnehmer am Kimberley-Prozess. |

(3) |
Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 sollte entsprechend geändert werden — |
HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN:
Artikel 1
Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 erhält die Fassung des Anhangs der vorliegenden Verordnung.
Artikel 2
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat.
