VERORDNUNG (EG) Nr. 458/2008 DER KOMMISSION
vom 26. Mai 2008
zur Änderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 des Rates zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten
DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN —
gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft,
gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 des Rates vom 20. Dezember 2002 zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten (1), insbesondere auf die Artikel 19 und 20,
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:

Der Vorsitz des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses hat mit einer Bekanntmachung vom 20. November 2007 beschlossen, die Republik Kongo ab 8. November 2007 in die Liste der Teilnehmer aufzunehmen. |
|
(2) |
Anhang II ist entsprechend zu ändern. |
|
(3) |
Bulgarien, Deutschland und Rumänien haben der Kommission Änderungen der Angaben zu ihren Gemeinschaftsbehörden mitgeteilt. |
|
(4) |
Anhang III ist entsprechend zu ändern — |
HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN:
Artikel 1
Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 wird durch Anhang I der vorliegenden Verordnung ersetzt.
Artikel 2
Anhang III der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 wird durch Anhang II der vorliegenden Verordnung ersetzt.
Artikel 3
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat.
