Notice for the attention of the shipowner of the vessel CAPRICORN, which is designated by the list referred to in point (h) of Article 1 and in Article 15 of Council Regulation (EU) 2016/44, imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against vessels by the Sanctions Committee or the UN Security Council in accordance with paragraph 11 of United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 2146 (2014). The listing has been renewed until 18 January 2018 and amended and by virtue of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1974
