Treaty of Nice amending the Treaty on European Union, the Treaties establishing the European Communities and certain related acts - Part 2 – Transitional and Final Provisions - Article 10

Article 10 Council Decision 88/591/ECSC, EEC, Euratom of 24 October 1988 establishing a Court of First Instance of the European Communities, as amended, is hereby repealed, with the exception of Article 3 insofar as the Court of First Instance exercises, pursuant to the said Article, the jurisdiction conferred on the Court of Justice by the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community.
