Appeal brought against the judgment of the Court of First Instance (Fourth Chamber) of 26 January 2005 in Case T-193/02 Piau v Commission , in which the Court of First Instance dismissed the action for annulment of the Commission’s decision of 15 April 2002 rejecting the complaint lodged by the applicant concerning the regulation of the Fédération internationale de football association (FIFA) governing the activities of players’ agents
