Article 105

If the new trade agreements to be concluded between the Community and Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have not entered into force by the date of accession, the Community shall take the necesary measures to allow on accession the continuation of the prevailing level of access to the Finnish market of products originating in those Baltic States.
