Operative part

1.

The application for interpretation is dismissed as clearly inadmissible.

2.

The Council is ordered to bear, in addition to its own costs, the costs of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran.

3.

The French Republic and the Commission are ordered to pay their own costs.
