Meddelande från kommissionen – Anmälan av de yrkessammanslutningar eller yrkesorganisationer som förtecknas i bilaga I till direktiv 2005/36/EG och som uppfyller villkoren i artikel 3.2

I artikel 3.2 första stycket i Europaparlamentets och rådets direktiv 2005/36/EG av den 7 september 2005 om erkännande av yrkeskvalifikationer (1) sägs följande: ”Ett yrke som utövas av medlemmarna i en sådan sammanslutning eller organisation som anges i bilaga I ska betraktas som ett reglerat yrke.”. I artikel 3.2 sägs vidare att när en medlemsstat erkänner en sådan sammanslutning eller organisation som avses i första stycket, ska den underrätta kommissionen. Kommissionen ska därefter offentliggöra informationen i Europeiska unionens officiella tidning.

Eftersom Förenade kungariket har anmält följande yrkessammanslutningar och yrkesorganisationer enligt bilaga I, offentliggör kommissionen det här meddelandet i enlighet med artikel 3.2 i direktivet (2).
