IZVEDBENA UREDBA KOMISIJE (EU) št. 789/2013
z dne 16. avgusta 2013
o spremembi Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 2368/2002 o izvajanju sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley za mednarodno trgovino s surovimi diamanti
EVROPSKA KOMISIJA JE –
ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o delovanju Evropske unije,
ob upoštevanju Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 2368/2002 z dne 20. decembra 2002 o izvajanju sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley za mednarodno trgovino s surovimi diamanti (1), zlasti člena 19(6) in člena 20 Uredbe,
ob upoštevanju naslednjega:

Na plenarnem zasedanju v Washingtonu novembra 2012 so sodelujoči v procesu Kimberley s plenarno odločitvijo odobrili vključitev Paname, Kambodže in Kazahstana na seznam udeležencev procesa Kimberley. |

(2) |
Kot je bilo potrjeno v obvestilu predsedujočega procesu Kimberley z dne 1. avgusta 2013, so udeleženci procesa Kimberley s pisnim postopkom odobrili tudi vključitev Malija na seznam udeležencev procesa Kimberley. |
|
(3) |
Poleg tega bi bilo treba v Prilogi II posodobiti naslove kontaktnih točk za več udeležencev. |
|
(4) |
Prilogo II k Uredbi (ES) št. 2368/2002 bi bilo zato treba ustrezno spremeniti. |
|
(5) |
Ukrepi, določeni s to uredbo, so v skladu z mnenjem odbora iz člena 22 Uredbe (ES) št. 2368/2002 – |
SPREJELA NASLEDNJO UREDBO:
Člen 1
Uredba (ES) št. 2368/2002 se spremeni:
Priloga II se nadomesti z besedilom iz Priloge k tej uredbi.
Člen 2
Ta uredba začne veljati dan po objavi v Uradnem listu Evropske unije.
Ta uredba je zavezujoča v celoti in se neposredno uporablja v vseh državah članicah.
