Člen 1

Grčija v skladu s členom 21 Delegirane uredbe (EU) 2020/687 vzpostavi območja z omejitvami, ki zajemajo zaščitna in ogrožena območja, in dodatno območje z omejitvami, na katerih se ukrepi, ki jih je treba izvajati na takih območjih v skladu z navedeno delegirano uredbo, izvajajo vsaj do datumov iz Priloge k temu sklepu.

Navedena zaščitna in ogrožena območja ter dodatno območje z omejitvami zajemajo vsaj območja iz Priloge.

Člen 2

Grčija zagotovi, da so premiki živali vrst s seznama za slinavko in parkljevko, kot so določene v Prilogi k Izvedbeni uredbi (EU) 2018/1882, z dodatnega območja z omejitvami iz Priloge k temu sklepu v namembni kraj zunaj zunanjega obsega navedenega dodatnega območja z omejitvami prepovedani do datumov iz Priloge k temu sklepu.

Člen 3

Izvedbeni sklep (EU) 2026/732 se razveljavi.

Člen 4

Ta sklep je naslovljen na Helensko republiko.
