IZVEDBENA UREDBA KOMISIJE (EU) št. 622/2013
z dne 25. junija 2013
o spremembi Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 2368/2002 o izvajanju sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley za mednarodno trgovino s surovimi diamanti
EVROPSKA KOMISIJA JE –
ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o delovanju Evropske unije,
ob upoštevanju Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 2368/2002 z dne 20. decembra 2002 o izvajanju sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley za mednarodno trgovino s surovimi diamanti (1) in zlasti člena 20 Uredbe,
ob upoštevanju naslednjega:

V Prilogi II k Uredbi (ES) št. 2368/2002 so navedeni udeleženci sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley in njihovi ustrezno imenovani pristojni organi. |
|
(2) |
Predsednik procesa Kimberley je 23. maja 2013 izdal obvestilo, ki potrjuje, da so udeleženci sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley s pisnim postopkom odločili, da ne bodo pošiljali ali prejemali pošiljk surovih diamantov iz Srednjeafriške republike, dokler ne bo jasno, da je sposobna zagotoviti skladnost z minimalnimi standardi procesa Kimberley. |

Prilogo II k Uredbi (ES) št. 2368/2002 je zato treba ustrezno spremeniti. |
|
(4) |
Ukrepi, določeni s to uredbo, so v skladu z mnenjem odbora iz člena 22 Uredbe (ES) št. 2368/2002. |
|
(5) |
Da se zagotovi učinkovitost ukrepov iz te uredbe, bi morala ta uredba začeti veljati takoj – |
SPREJELA NASLEDNJO UREDBO:
Člen 1
Priloga II k Uredbi (ES) št. 2368/2002 se nadomesti z besedilom iz Priloge k tej uredbi.
Člen 2
Ta uredba začne veljati na dan objave v Uradnem listu Evropske unije.
Ta uredba je v celoti zavezujoča in se neposredno uporablja v vseh državah članicah.
